Privacy policy
Rack Collective is not open yet. Right now, the only information we collect is what you choose to send us through the waitlist form.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- If you answer them, the plan you're interested in (Free or Member) and the software you use.
- Which form you used on the page (top or bottom).
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set cookies.
Why we collect it
- To email you about the launch and the founding member spots.
- To understand which software and plans people want, so we know what to build first.
We don't sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which may keep standard server logs for security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until the launch, then only as long as you stay subscribed to our emails. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we remove them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [contact email].
Changes
When Rack Collective opens with member accounts and payments, this policy will be updated to cover them. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
